The wall outlet consists of the base, splice cassette, cover and a small cover. The base is screwed on the wall and it serves as the optical installation cable entry and fixation of optical adapters SC (LC duplex) and running patchcords. Splice cassette consists of excess lengths of optical cables and heat shrink fusion protectors (2 pcs). The cover serves to protect the contents of the wall outlet and is screwed to the base with two M4 screws. The small cover can be easily taken down for self-installation and it serves to protect the connectors of patchcords. There is an engraving on the cover – the Laser symbol, indicating obligatory eye protection.
