Installation remarks
The STS-11 magnetic cover is possible to be installed above the sensor using magnets, as shown in the image below.
The neodymium magnets are included and pre-mounted on the cover.
Magnets are installed into each corner of the cover, as shown in the image below.
Subsequently, you can attach the cover over the sensor to a steel construction. In addition, it is possible to apply a layer of silicone adhesive around the edge of the cover.
